The Bohemian Eco-Fashion of Oda

I recently came across the indie clothing company Oda on Etsy and was intrigued by the line's blending of tribal and historical fashion elements, as well as by the unusual beaded embellishments that feature in most of their designs...

Founded by three women, Angie Kim, Mandalyn Begay, and Maggie Kim, the line focuses on eco-friendly clothing, and incorporates organically produced fibers and hand-dyed textiles using natural dyes. The designers describe their style as "in the Edwardian tradition and incorporating Tokyo-pop flavor..."

All photos used with kind permission from Oda. You can see more of their lovely work here:

Just beautiful! Whenever I watch an historical drama, I think, oh, I wish I had been born in that period, whenever it happens to be :~)

Very cool. I like their Jane Austen-meets-Harajuku style.

Aren't their clothes neat? I love the Regency type dress with the shell beadwork--such an interesting contrast :) Glad you all enjoyed the post!
